When I was a little girl I made these ghosts with my mother. It's a tradition I've happily carried forward with my children.

It couldn't be an easier craft ... just crumple up a napkin or tissue into a ball (we always did them with tissues, but I'm out right now), wrap a second one around it, adding a face if you'd like, tie with string, hang. I added a bit of glue to attach the string to the back of the head so they'd stay more upright.
