The kids and I are in the midst of a crazy busy week ... the scouts are selling popcorn, the sailors are sailing, I'm making bow ties and neckties, and school is, well, school.

I have a post to post, but haven't had a minute to complete it. I must share this with you though, as the leftovers are almost gone and I'll forget about it until I make it again ...

This slow cooker taco meat is awesome. I made it with chicken instead of beef and substituted garbanzo beans for the pinto beans in a smooth "use what you have" move and it was wonderful. Easy too. So make it. Tonight. You'll be glad you did.
