Well, I've gone and done it. The check for the craft show registration has been sent in the mail. I guess that means I think I can do this. :)

The show is at Reflection Lakes in Fort Myers, November 16th and 17th, 9:00-5:00. If you're in the area stop by, have a seat, and chat! There will also be a cafe available, as well as area of baked and other take-home food. Over 60 vendors participate in the fair and, they say, it's very popular (now I'm wondering how much money I'll actually take home ... and how much I'll spend!).

So now the list writing begins in earnest. I'm a huge fan of lists. To me it's THE way to go with a project like this.

Of course the list plan has a way of backfiring at times ... the lists get too long and the deadlines

not practical enough and I'm a walking basket of stress.

And then there's the issue of forgetting how much I like lists and just getting overwhelmed. I'm not too good at keeping things in my head - as I get older I forget more and more (I blame it on the TIA, Jason blames it on my age) so when I don't write things down they fester in my head until *poof* I forget all about them and they never get done. This doesn't happen much at work, there I write lists, it's the stuff at home that goes "unlisted". Sigh ...

So I'm writing lists, and enlisting help. And I have much to do. I do think though that all the planning and preparation that goes into this will make the next fair or show much easier. Maybe?

I'm certainly going to rely heavily on Ditto Kiddo for display fixtures, baskets, etc. Only a table is provided, so I'm not sure what I can do in front of or behind the table.

Any thoughts, things I might forget, input would be most appreciated!
